Seu talento e beleza conquistaram o mundo do entretenimento e muitos fãs acreditavam que a atriz envelheceria muito bem, já que era sinônimo de boa forma. Infelizmente, isso não aconteceu. Depois do seu divórcio com o também ator Ashton Kutcher , um momento delicado e doloroso, a atriz acabou sofrendo com essa situação. Dizem que além de estresse emocional, Demi lutou contra o abuso de substâncias e tudo isso a faz envelhecer de uma forma não muito boa. O que sabemos é que a atriz teve que ficar em um hospital durante um tempo para se recuperar.
