Ronaldo Fenômeno – Menos 18kg e uma vitória no medida certa!
Conhecido como um dos maiores jogadores de futebol da história, Ronaldo viu seu corpo mudar após sua aposentadoria dos campos. Aos poucos, o fenômeno engordou e chegou aos 118 quilos. Após 3 meses de mudança radical, o jogador perdeu quase 18kg, reduziu sua gordura corporal (de 25% para 15%) e passou de 107 de cintura para 93.
