Fabiana Karla – Dieta da Nasa e -20kg!
Pensando no bem-estar e qualidade de vida, Fabiana Karla resolveu cuidar do corpo e eliminar os quilos extras. A atriz utilizou da chamada dieta da “Nasa” e eliminou quase 20kg ao total, 11kg no primeiro mês. Segundo a endocrinologista Beatriz Ohana, o método é dividido em seis fases e é baseado em sachês, que misturados à água, transformam-se em refeições (por isso o nome “dieta da Nasa”ou “dieta do austronauta”). Tudo com baixas calorias e nutrientes essenciais. Por aqui esperamos que ela volte a comer comida de verdade em breve!
