Conchata Ferrell – Dieta do coração saudável
Conchata Ferrell, de 75 anos, teve uma longa carreira em Hollywood, começando pela década de 1960. Ela nunca foi uma atriz muito magra, portanto, encontrar trabalho, por vezes, se mostrou difícil. No entanto, suas habilidades de atuação falaram mais alto e ela sempre será lembrada por seus papéis em LA Law, Two And A Half Men, E/R e Post 70. Embora ela nunca tenha se incomodado com o padrão de tamanho de Hollywood, Conchata decidiu seguir um estilo de vida saudável e de perda de peso, não só pela sua aptidão, mas também pela saúde do coração.
