Leandra Leal – Método Igarashi e alimentação saudável!

A interprete de Kellen, personagem da minissérie “Justiça” da Rede Globo, exibiu um corpão e tanto nas telinhas. Leandra Leal, que já esteve acima do peso, cuida hoje da alimentação e não deixa de treinar pesado. Para elimar as calorias, a atriz optou por seguir o método híbrido Igarashi, criado pelo ex-lutador e professor de pilates Jun Igarashi. O método mistura levantamento de peso, exercícios com kettebell e um acompanhamento personalizado e específico. Com um treino altamente dinâmico, Leandra tomou gosto pela atividade física e hoje mantém uma silhueta e tanto.
