John Spencer — Ataque cardíaco
O ator americano John Spencer ficou conhecido por sua interpretação de Leo McGarry em The West Wing, um drama político na NBC, que o ajudou a conquistar um Primetime Emmy por cinco vezes consecutivas. John travou uma longa batalha contra seu vício em álcool e até mesmo entrou em uma clínica de reabilitação e parou de fumar para ter um coração saudável. Porém, embora tenha se comprometido com um estilo de vida disciplinado, John faleceu em 16 de dezembro de 2005, aos 58 anos. Sua morte aconteceu devido a um ataque cardíaco, enquanto “The Cold” e “Running Mates”, dois episódios de The West Wing estavam no etapa de pós-produção.
