Con su talento igual de masivo que su figura, uno pensaría que Kevin James lo tenía todo, propiedades, cuenta bancaria, fama… pero cuando Kevin James obtuvo un papel en Here Comes the Boom, él decidió deshacerse de todo el exceso de peso. James entrenó artes marciales mixtas y se dedicó a rutinas de ejercicios de alta intensidad. Él también siguió una dieta rica en proteínas para mantener su fitness al máximo. Después se descubrió que James perdió 85 libras, aunque lo ganó todo de vuelta al finalizar la película. Afortunadamente, él ha estado intentando mantener su peso en control y parece tener 40 libras menos. Esperamos que logre mantenerse en su régimen de pérdida de peso porque no quisiéramos que vuelva a estar fuera de forma.
