Aunque Missy perdió 70 libras antes, después de haber sido advertida por sus doctores, su última transformación la hizo perder 30 libras y todo gracias a los duros ejercicios del entrenador celebridad, Shaun T. Missy dijo que no permitiría que su enfermedad le impidiera tener una vida saludable y desde entonces se ha esforzado para mantener una dieta limpia, evitando el azúcar, las harinas, el pan, etc. ¡La reciente pérdida de peso de la ganadora del Grammy la ha dejado en forma y hermosa!
