Charles Barkley – Dieta y ejercicios
La estrella retirada del baloncesto y analista deportivo, Charles Barkley, comenzó a acumular libras con el transcurso de los años y tuvo que pasar por una rutina estricta de ejercicios y una dieta para volver a estar en forma. Como muchos atletas y deportistas, Barkley ganó mucho peso después de que abandonó su régimen de entrenamiento regular. Afortunadamente, su entrenador personal y una dieta de vegetales le ayudaron a Barkley a perder 40 libras, colocándolo en forma de nuevo. Aunque la estrella del baloncesto parece estar agradecido por la pérdida de peso, él no parece estar muy entusiasmado en continuar su dieta de vegetales. “¡Apestan…!” dice él, y estamos un poco de acuerdo con él.
