Steven Spielberg & Amy Irving – Settlement: Reported $100 Million
Despite the Hollywood director’s attorney’s best efforts, a California judge refused to acknowledge Spielberg and Irving’s prenuptial agreement which was scribbled on a paper napkin in 1985, the year the couple got hitched. Consequently, the court ordered the Hollywood filmmaker to pay a settlement amount of around $100 million to Amy after the couple decided to file a divorce just four years into their marriage. The issues between the duo were left unresolved and they parted ways in 1989. Irving, later on, blamed Steven of treating her in a way that was totally unacceptable to her which was why they decided to separate in the first place. Really sad!
