Carnie Wilson – Lap Band Surgery
While undergoing surgery is the best way to lose a ridiculous amount of weight, it’s not always as successful as it seems to be. TV host and singer Carnie Wilson had that kind of misfortune when she decided to have a gastric bypass surgery to lose weight – one of the first celebrities to have done so in 1999! Through that, Carnie lost 150 pounds, only to gain back even more. After she gave birth to her daughter Luciana, she opted for a Lap Band Surgery in 2012. Her addiction to food remained and it was hard for her to control it. However, she is trying to switch back to a healthy lifestyle with a good diet and fitness program in order to maintain her weight.
