Raven Symone became a teen star when she starred in her own Disney show, That’s So Raven. Even though she is really successful, she always struggled with her weight. She decided to change her lifestyle. She ate healthier and smaller portions of food by avoiding carbs, and also started to workout at least four times a week with the help of her personal trainer.
