Kirsten Vangsness: Renée Stephens Weight-Loss Podcast
The gorgeous tech geek from Criminal Minds, Kirsten Vangsness has never shied from her weight. But in spite of being popular with fans, she has often received negativity due to it. In 2014 the pretty Kirsten surprised everyone with her weight loss. She said she wanted guaranteed insurance against weight loss, and gives credit for this milestone to Renée Stephens’ book Full-Filled, that details a six week plan to reduce weight without crash diets or surgical methods. The book has helped her to discipline herself without being too rigid, and with a 50lb weight loss already underway, Kirsten is looking fitter than ever.
