Nigella Lawson – While Healing From A Surgery

Nigella Lawson is not only a great cook, but also a stunning fashionista. The secret of her weight loss is quite funny, though. She underwent a surgery (not a gastric bypass!) on both her feet which prevented her from walking around to get her own food. She confessed she felt embarrassed to keep asking other people to get food for her; this resulted to a forced diet, all because of her inability to get second helpings of food herself. The world-famous chef is not a fan of fad diets, and instead, she encourages people to go to the gym. She, herself, is a yoga enthusiast.
