Dr. Dre is one of the biggest names in hip-hop. At one point, he weighed as much as 270 lbs. He eventually decided to change his lifestyle by doing regular intense workouts, and a high-protein diet, with a lot of healthy carbs. If you want a weight loss advice, you should ask Dr. Dre. He’s not a real doctor though.
