Thirty-seven-year-old Kerry Katona can now fit into her 14-year-old daughter’s jeans! Want to know her magic potion? Well, there is no magic here, at least, that is what Kerry Katona says. Kerry is the former Atomic Kitten singer. Her friend Ampika Pickston of the Real Housewives Of Cheshire fame had launched Skinny Revolution Diet. It is this diet that helped Kerry lose close to 30 pounds. Aside from that, she has also spoken about her love for yoga and how she never misses it every morning. No magic needed, indeed! Just determination, a healthy diet, and a great fitness routine!
