Actor Jonah Hill chose to lose weight the traditional way rather than spending thousands on surgery. The actor thanks his nutritionist and fitness trainer who helped him with his weight loss process. Jonah ate clean, counted his calories and mapped his portions. His diet that consisted of pizza and fried chicken like food before changed into healthy greens and veggies. Jonah also began going for runs and did 10 to 12 pushups every day to get back into shape.
