Christian Bale wasn’t overweight, but he got a spot on this list for his many drastic weight transformations that he did for his film roles. He lost as much as 70 pounds for his role in The Machinist and then gained as much as 63 pounds, weighing 230 pounds for Batman Begins. He then had to slim down to 190 pounds and gain solid muscle to play the Dark Knight.
