Avid fans of The Cosby Show from the 1980’s will remember Phylicia Rashad. She was one of the cultural icons of the 80’s. Though she was never obese, she always felt conscious of every pound she gained. The steady weight gain may have been the result of poor eating habits and overindulging in food. When her weight made it inconvenient for her to go about her every day work without getting tired or panting, she decided to get rid of it. Phylicia, along with her sister, opted for Jenny Craig’s weight loss diet plans. She obviously lost the extra pounds and has continued to maintain her great body.
