Hunky hero Matthew McConaughey captured our hearts with her movies, but did you know the amount of effort he put in for his roles? While he technically didn’t have to lose weight, he did have to go through a tough ordeal when he underwent weight loss for “Dallas Buyers Club”. The meticulous actor immediately dropped his calorie intake, eating merely five ounces of fish, a cup of vegetables, egg whites and chicken. Unfortunately this wasn’t nearly enough to drop 50lbs and Matthew underwent strenuous physical exercising to achieve his ideal weight.
