Former glamour model and English actress Jennifer Ellison has always been comfortable in her curvaceous body and did not feel the need to lose weight. But when she faced some criticism from her fans and viewers, Ellison decided to follow through and take up her health woes seriously. She went on a strict diet regime known as the 800 Calorie (per day) Cambridge Diet. The fitness plan obviously worked because Ellison went down 3 stone, and the result of her hard work can be seen for itself.
