Kevin Liles is the former President of Def Jam Records and former EVP of Warner Music Group. Kevin struggled to maintain his weight back then, so he opted for a gastric bypass surgery in 2007. He now looks a lot slimmer and healthier and keeps his figure by doing regular workouts and eating healthier meals.
