After receiving an ultimatum from her doctor, Sherri changed her meal plans, eating only low-carb, sugar-free foods that are rich in nutrients. She loves doing Zumba and claims she has turned part of her home into a gym. The actress also carries an apple and some peanut butter with her for a boost of energy, and she never overindulges at restaurants. Sherri is determined to take care of her health, having lost her mother at a young age.
