Retired basketball star and sports analyst Charles Barkley piled on the pounds over the years, and had to undergo a strict workout and diet routine to get back into shape. Like most athletes and sportspeople, Barkley too gained weight after he missed out on his regular training regime. Luckily, his personal trainer and a diet of vegetables worked as insurance and helped Barkley lose 40 lbs, getting him back into shape. While the basketball star seems grateful for his weight loss, he doesn’t seem quite keen on continuing his veggie diet. “They suck…” he says, and we’re slightly inclined to agree!
