The Titanic actress has always shared her disdain for diets and claims she hasn’t weighed herself in a decade. But we wonder how she managed to achieve weight loss after her pregnancy, considering she’s never been on a diet. Simple, Kate followed a new-age therapy called the Face Analysis Diet, created by Elizabeth Gibaund, celebrity nutritionist. The theory of the diet is that the body needs 12 minerals to function, and various markings on the face can signify ailments or deficiencies. Kate had to go through a detoxification, followed by a special 2-week diet depending on which minerals she lacked, and obviously, it’s worked; she’s never looked better!
