Supermodel Chrissy Teigen was once the envy of everyone who wanted a perfect weight. She did however put on quite a bit of weight during pregnancy. Although she found it a bit difficult to shed it off initially, Chrissy jumped right in and hired a personal trainer to help her lose the baby weight. Teigen’s personal account of her daily diet can be found on her blog, and it’s apparent that she loves her green smoothies, avos, nuts and fishes.
