Emmy-award winning talk show host and actress Sherri Shepherd shared how Diabetes was slowly affecting her health negatively. After receiving an ultimatum from her doctor, Sherri changed her meal plans, eating only low-carb, sugar-free foods that are rich in nutrients. She loves doing Zumba and claims she has turned part of her home into a gym. The actress also carries an apple and some peanut butter with her for a boost of energy, and she never overindulges at restaurants. Sherri is determined to take care of her health, having lost her mother at a young age.
