Mo’Nique, the well-known Grammy-winning comedian, always struggled with her weight and had never been below 200 since she was seventeen until now. According to various news reports, the actress has finally lost 80 pounds. It is only hard work and faith in herself that helped her do this, she believes. Her raw food diet did the magic and her personal trainer helped her find a fitness regime that worked for her. With her weight loss, she has not only achieved a great figure but perfect skin, too. Seems like she has been going through some anti-aging therapy when it is just weight loss.
