We know funnyman SethRogen has always been known for his comedy films and his dad-bod. He weighed as much as 220 pounds, and that was why he decided to do something about it. With the help of famous Hollywood celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak, he adopted the “5-Factor Diet” program. It consists of five meals and exercising five times a day, which turned him into the hunk we see today.
