Weighing almost 500 lbs, Biggest Loser contestant Ashley Johnston was a ticking time-bomb, what with being at risk of weight-related ailments. Thankfully her participation in the show was met with success and with the tutelage of her fitness trainer and nutritionist Ashley managed to drop to an amazing 183 lbs in merely 18 weeks. Losing 45% body fat and a few hundred pounds wasn’t easy and as long as she keeps away from alcohol, drugs or junk food, we think Ashley can manage a comfortable weight for the rest of her life.
