What do you think of someone whose name is after a delicious dish? 70-year-old musician Meatloaf was born Michael Lee Aday. Growing up in a family with a history of obesity, Meatloaf had weight issues himself as he grew older, reaching 320 pounds at some point in his life. Knowing the repercussions of obesity, Meatloaf finally changed his life around and joined the Slim Fast Program. He also made radical changes to his diet and went on a high-protein diet and became a vegetarian. The drastic changes helped him lose weight bit by bit over the course of many years, losing over 120 pounds.
