Brooke Shields – Born 1965

Starting out as a child actress, Brooke Shields gained her first bit of fame with the 1978 film Pretty Baby when she was just 12 years old. Both Brooke and the movie received much critical acclaim and soon after, she garnered more fame with films such as The Blue Lagoon and Endless Love. In spite of her overnight success, Brooke left the industry to finish her education and graduated from Princeton in the late 80s. She returned to films in the 1990s and worked her way up with small roles, of which the most noteworthy was the sitcom Suddenly Susan. Brooke built up quite a cozy bank balance for herself, though she did have to undergo knee surgery in 2012. Regardless of her battles with health troubles and depression, Brooke remains firm and grounded as ever, and oh, just as dazzling as always.
