Cyndi Thomson – Born 1976
Cyndi Thomson’s career might have debuted with her release of the album My World in 2001, but she began singing in her church choir from a young age. Her single “What I Really Meant to Say” reached the number one spot on the Billboard top 100 singles, but sadly, her success didn’t last long. After a hiatus, Thomson released an album in 2006, removing speculation that she had abandoned her musical career. We don’t know the reason, and hope it wasn’t due to fear of bankruptcy that made her resume her career. Perhaps, she wanted to focus on her education and getting her degree since she had dropped out of university earlier.
