Julius Peppers – $5 Million

Julius Peppers was fortunate to land himself as the second overall pick for the NFL draft of 2002. His career as a professional athlete kicked off with him joining the Carolina Panthers, and he received $5 million in his bank account to secure his salary. He has retired from his position as a defensive end.

Peppers wasn’t always with the Panthers — he joined the Chicago Bears between 2012 and 2013 and then the Green Bay Packers between the years 2014 and 2016. Peppers’ skills bagged him the Pro Bowl a staggering nine times, and he earned the title of NFL Rookie of the Year back in 2012. As he has already retired, we hope he will enjoy a comfortable life of luxury for the rest of his life.
