Bill Laimbeer – Businessman And Coach
William J. Laimbeer Jr. is an American professional basketball coach and former player who spent the majority of his career with the team Detroit Pistons. His style of play was pretty distinctive as it was pretty rough and violent. His style of play earned his team Pistons the title of Bad Boys; of course, they went on to redeem their team with back-to-back wins in championships.
Laimbeer enjoyed a 15-year-long career in NBA, he was clairvoyant enough to plan for his pose NBA career. He teamed up with his father to establish the Laimbeer Packaging Corporation in 1994.
He couldn’t stay away from the sporting world for long. His coaching stint at WNBA helped him make a 282-207 record and three championships as the head coach of a team which is indeed a great feat. He continues to enjoy his association with his beloved game.
