Former NBA Players Who Surprised Everyone With Their Choice of Jobs After Retirement

Larry Johnson – Business And Operations Representative

Larry Alphonso Johnson Jr. is a former American football National Football League (NFL) running back who began playing football in his college days for Penn State University and was a unanimous All-American. He went on to get drafted by Kansas City Chiefs in the first round of the 2003 NFL Draft, and also played for other teams such as Cincinnati Bengals, Washington Redskins, and Miami Dolphins.

Larry Johnson went on to look for greener pastures after his NBA career. Instead of working he chose to go back to studies and added a degree in social studies to his kitty.

Eventually, he went on to work for the New York Knicks’ business and operations representative. Unfortunately, his career went downwards after that, and finally had to file for bankruptcy in 2015. Well, we hope that Larry finally finds his calling with his next venture.
