Antony Ressler is a Master of Business Administration from the Columbia Business School who went on to become a billionaire based entirely on his financial competence. He founded the private equity firms Apollo Global Management and Ares Management, while he also co-owns a share in the NBA team, Atlanta Hawks, with his wife, Jami Gertz.
Gertz is a celebrity on her own. She is an actress who has credits in titles such as “Still Standing,” “The Neighbors,” “Crossroads,” and “The Lost Boys.” She married Ressler when he was the senior vice president in the investment bank, Drexel Burnham Lambert, and within a year after that, he became an entrepreneur.
