Magie auf dem Wasser?
Auf den ersten Blick wirkt es, als würde dieses Boot über den Strand schweben, was sich jedoch als eine optische Täuschung herausstellte, die zum Staunen einlädt. Es sieht aus, als hätten die beiden Männer an Bord das Boot in ein Flugzeug verwandelt. Doch die wahre Erklärung ist weniger spektakulär, dafür aber nicht weniger faszinierend.
Die Szene spielt sich in einem Bayou ab, einem seichten, langsam fließenden Gewässer. Normalerweise steuert man dort vorsichtig entlang des Wasserstroms. Doch diese Abenteurer entschieden sich für eine rasante Fahrt und erzeugten damit den Eindruck, das Boot würde über dem Boden schweben. Manchmal ist ein ungewöhnlicher Blickwinkel alles, was es für eine zauberhafte Illusion braucht.
