Nicklas Lidstrom’s banks had a field day when he made the decision to become a hockey player. It’s one of the best choices he could have made in his life, but marrying Annika was clearly a much better one. She was his high school sweetheart, and it’s so fitting that they’d end up together and have four sons between them. The family of blondes is doing absolutely fantastic, and so far, we haven’t heard of any drama between them. They’ve kept to traditions and made sure that all of their children know how to speak Swedish, their native language. Way to go, you two!
