Roman & Irina Abramovich – Settlement: Reported $300 Million
It’s pretty clear that Irina wasn’t in the marriage with Roman for the money. Otherwise, she could have made far more than the $300 million that she already made. Yes, while $300 million dollars is enough to make most bank accounts pale in comparison, Roman was worth around $18.7 billion when this divorce took place. By law, Irina could have asked for half of this amount and she would be entitled to it. However, she settled for the $300 million that she was getting and showed no intentions of going after her ex-husbands billions. Roman was the owner of Chelsea FC and was the 16th richest person on earth back then.
