Kylie Minogue est propriétaire d’une petite maison à South Kensington (Londres). Elle l’a acheté dans les années 90 quand sa notoriété a commencé à baisser. La maison est dotée de 3 salles de bain, 4 chambres, une immense garde-robe et une cheminée en marbre. Aujourd’hui, cette demeure de la princesse de la pop est évaluée à 6,5 millions de dollars.
Récemment, elle a annoncé que cette maison est mise en vente. La star a fait appel à l’agence spécialisée en design intérieur Cotton & Candy pour les aménagements nécessaires. D’après ses propos, cette maison commence à être trop étroite pour elle et qu’après la vente, elle va en acheter une autre plus grande. En revanche, certaines personnes pensent qu’elle fait cela pour fonder une famille avec Andre Velencoso.
