A 24-year-old Smiley Miley, despite her young age, has added some seriously expensive real estates to her list of properties which we can only dream of. Her most recent investment is a four-bedroom, four-bathroom Malibu house which cost some $2.5 million. This two story house has “just”1,384 square feet of indoor space and includes a master suite, a cook’s kitchen, and heated stone floors. The property, decorated mostly in earth colors and garnished with greenery, is sitting on 2.06 acres of land, and the outside of it is perfect for all kinds of entertainment. It has an outdoor Jacuzzi and a gazebo. A two-car garage equipped with an electric car charging station is just one more thing that this house has to offer.
