DWIGHT D. EISENHOWER – $150K, 1953 CADILLAC ELDORADO CONVERTIBLE
After having achieved the position of a 5-star general in the army during World War II, Dwight Eisenhower went on to become the 34th president of the United States.
He also served as the supreme commander of the Allied Forces during the war, quite a high degree of government. It was during his time that the cosmic war between the US and Soviet Russia started. When the USSR launched Sputnik in 1957, Eisenhower became instrumental behind establishing NASA.
His achievements as a president have been highly rated. Aside from that, his love for his Cadillac Eldorado was obvious. It was one of the first Cadillacs to have been produced by the company and had some unique features like the wraparound windscreen!
