Mark Zuckerberg – 59 millions de dollars – Lac Tahoe
À l’âge de 34 ans, Mark Zuckerberg figure actuellement parmi les entrepreneurs qui ont des chiffres d’affaires énormes. En effet, sa fortune est estimée à 70 milliards de dollars selon le magazine Forbes. Puisqu’il a réussi dans sa carrière, Mark s’est offert deux luxueuses résidences d’environ 59 millions de dollars. Des maisons de rêve qui se situent entre le Nevada et la Californie, plus précisément sur le bord de lac Tahoe.
Ces deux résidences ont été construites sur une surface de 1600 mètres carrés. Il a acheté la première maison pour 22 millions de dollars. Cette dernière a été bâtie en 1930. La deuxième maison, construite en 1964, est évaluée à 37 millions de dollars. En effet, un prix plus élevé que l’autre vue qu’elle est équipée d’un grand espace à l’extérieur et de nombreuses maisons.
