Le raton laveur aime mener une existence plutôt solitaire durant une grande partie de sa vie, particulièrement lorsqu’il s’agit d’un mâle. Il ne côtoie d’autres ratons laveurs que pour s’accoupler et élever la progéniture qu’il pourrait avoir par la suite. Le petit groupe qu’il forme dans ces occasions est couramment appelé un “regard”.
On ne sait pas si ce raton laveur aux yeux scintillants est le leader du groupe, mais on peut penser qu’il est celui qui met le plus d’ambiance. En effet, il a décidé de faire une petite farce à ses compagnons en utilisant la douche extérieure pour les arroser pendant qu’ils vaquent à leurs occupations.
