The host of Shepard Smith Reporting has attained fame across the United States and has stacked up huge earnings throughout his television career. While we, regular folk, would have to avail a loan to afford a condo unit in Greenwich Village, Shepard didn’t even break a sweat after purchasing a unit for himself, and as far as our knowledge goes, he had decided to put it back in the market. The listing price of the property was something close to $4 million. Smith bought the house for an approximate $1.875 million in 2004. Due to the absence of buyers, the price came down to an estimated $3.95 million and the property was finally taken off the market in 2012.
