Wesley Snipes, rose to fame with the Blade trilogy. This franchise’s success not just made him a household name, but also earned him great wealth. Banking on the success, he bought a 1.16-acre property on the 9000 block of Deacon Court in 1993 for around $1 million. Snipes spent a little more than a decade in the upscale community before selling it for $635,900 in 2004.

In 2003, Snipes walked the aisle with painter Nakyung “Nikki” Park, with whom he shares four children. His former luxurious home is said to be one of the houses which are surrounded by water. Isn’t that breathtaking?

The house is huge with a five-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom covering 8,400 feet, which means it breaks down to about $406 per square foot. The property was on and off the market for several years and had a $6.7 million price tag. Well, we hope Wesley has shifted to a new house which is as luxurious if not more.
