Up until 2017, American actress Meg Ryan was living in a SoHo apartment in New York that she had bought back in 2014 for $8 million. She then decided to let go of it, moving into a new one in lower Manhattan. Her asking price for the recently-renovated 4,100-square-foot apartment went as high as $10.9 million.

Even though she only got $9.85 million from the sale, it’s still a good price to get for a lavish and comfortable New York apartment. The home consisted of three bedrooms with three bathrooms and a keyed elevator entrance.

Ryan, whose portfolio includes movies like Sleepless in Seattle, was honored for her contribution to the romantic comedy genre during the 71st Locarno Festival in August 2018. While we haven’t seen much of her in front of the camera for a while now, we still adore her, and we can always watch her old rom-coms whenever we miss her!
