Ellen DeGeneres recently bought a new house in Montecito and guess who is her neighbor? None other than Oprah Winfrey! Looks like the talk show hosts will always have something to chat about. The power couple, Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi, has been investing in real estate for a long time now.
They are famous for selling their expensive properties. The house at Montecito is the second one they bought this year after one in Carpinteria. The recent mudslide at Montecito has left them devastated though with the amount of destruction everywhere.
But, they probably had home insurance worth thousands of dollars which will help them with whatever damages that the mudslide has incurred.
