Hunger Games star Josh Hutcherson has quite a few properties all over Los Angeles. But, the Tree House seems unique. The American actor is just 27 and has made quite a name for himself after beginning off with acting in 2000s, following up with commercials, minor TV and film projects and such.

The house that Josh got in 2012 belonged to Heath Ledger, and Ellen DeGeneres even earlier. In fact, Hutcherson had acquired the property at the same price that Ledger had sold it off in 2008. he living room has an entire wall made of glass.
